“Get your nudes here!”

Is there any scouts honor to sending/receiving nudes? Because I was with a few friends recently and one girl decided to share a video a guy sent to her of him masturbating. We were all into it, guys and gals watched in unison. The video boiled up laughs, comments and debates. It was fun! So much so I was compelled to show a video I too received from a guy, again fun times. Later that evening I thought to myself how rude of me to share that, this guy sent me that in private and I chose to make it a public display. And to make it clear there were no faces or names shared.

I’m no stranger to nudes — sending or receiving, but is it naive of the sender to assume that it’s for the recipient’s eyes only? Or should we all be comfortable with the idea that it can and most likely will be shared with a few friends? I’ve heard from a few people that if it’s their SO (significant other) than they don’t share but what if you’re just in the dating stage? The stage when things are new and things are just fun and spicy, what if you share their nudes then that person does become your SO? I know most times it’s sort of innocent when a guy or girl shares nudes they are excited about but I know for every innocent time there’s probably twice as many malicious times. You hear cases against revenge porn, a couple breaks up the guy (usually) goes off and shares his ex’s nudes with the world wide web! That’s insane and should be punishable. While us innocent angels who just share amongst friends enjoy our consequence free sharing of your nudes :)
